DECLARATIONS

I/we accept responsibility for the accuracy of any supplied data, and authorise GCF or its appointed agents or contractors to carry out the necessary checks to verify the information, and to apply for information about this application or any other dealing from any registry and/or organisations and entities whether public or private, in Spain, or any other country including our home country, about our solvency and credit rating.

The personal data that you give us in connection with your dealings of any kind with GCF or its appointed agents or contractors will be protected specifically by the Spanish legislation contained in the Ley Organica (Organic Law) 15/1999, of December 13th, concerning the protection of Personal Data, and in the Real Decreto (Royal Decree) 994/1999, of June 11th.

Furthermore, I/we, hereby give our unequivical and express consent for GCF or its appointed agents or contractors to share this data, for the same purposes as mentioned above, with companies whose activity is in financial services, marketing, publicity, insurance and the provision of credit reference services.

The applicant(s) will be responsible for the costs, which are incurred in underwriting the application or any other dealings, in particular those of the expert valuation carried out by any valuer, even if the application does not proceed to completion. The applicant(s) also agree that the agent (Gestor) may not be changed without the express approval of GCF or its appointed agents or contractors.

I/we hereby declare that we understand that there is a currency risk involved with any mortgage or other dealing with monies, whether in euro or sterling, when the property value or other dealings, mortgage and/or income are in different currencies, and that I/we understand that we should take professional advice on this if appropriate.
