OFFICE CO-ORDINATOR

We are a private limited company, with over 20 years experience in the industry.

We are a growing company whose market is  "Independent Financial Advice", "Independent Mortgage Advice", "Overseas Property Market", "Worldwide Holiday Bookings" (package holiday, flights, hotels, car hire, etc).

We wish to be well known for the market we are in and are looking for an 
"OFFICE CO-ORDINATOR" to ensure that we are.

You will be required to liase closely with the "CONSULTANTS AND
TEAM LEADERS".

We are looking for someone to organise our sales and co-ordinate all work for:

Contracts: Houses for Sale, Offplan houses for sale with developers, Houses for Rent, Property maintenance contracts etc.
 
Seminar's (UK and overseas Financial Advice & UK and Overseas Mortgage Advice)

Seminar's (how to book a package holiday, flights, hotels, car hire, rental properties online)

Seminar's (buying, selling, renting abroad, as well as property maintenance packages)

We have no fixed idea's and are looking for "THINKERS" with some get up and go!!

Do "YOU" have the qualities we are looking for?

The "OFFICE CO-ORDINATOR" we are looking for must have experience of running and leading a team ensuring everything is logged for sales made entered on register and placed on web site where/when required, this is required to be efficiently done under tight timescales.

Salary/Commission package negotiable to suit the right applicant.
