Krakow used to be the capital of Poland and it is now called the cultural capital. It is serviced by excellent travel links and is easily accessed from the UK via its international airport at Balice. Niepolomice
Economy Niepolomice have attracted a number of large companies and industrial corporations including Coca - Cola, HMS, Juka, White Cap, Dresdner Fensterbau and Oknoplast. The commune with slightly more than 20 thousand residents has more than 1400 registered companies.
Education, Culture, Sports Niepolomice was the first commune in Poland to take over the management of educational units, including secondary schools. The commune built a modern Complex of Secondary Schools, with a professional sport facilities. Niepolomice pays special attention to working with disabled persons focusing on holiday camps, horse therapy and the Community Centre devoted to the disabled. Niepolomice have numerous sports and cultural associations and one of Poland’s few Golf Clubs. The town is also famous for the Astronomical Observatory for Young People arranging viewing sessions, also attracting visitors from all over Poland.
Most of cultural events in Niepolomice are arranged in the Royal Castle. The Opera of Kraków, the Comedy Theatre of Warsaw perform there regullarly, not to mention numerous performances by various pop groups and singers. The Hunting Club presents its trophies in the Museum as well and the Astronomical Observatory of the Young People displays telescopes, and other astronomical apparatus. At the end of May each year, the town becomes very busy, as thousands of visitors come to participate in the Days of Niepolomice event.
Development The project involves developing the local infrastructure by planning a kindergarten, shops, bus stop and the entire infrastructure that will be useful for local inhabitants. A great variety of cosy apartments as well as many spacious row-houses and semidetached houses will be offered within Bison Estate. Two-, three- and four- level houses and three-level apartment buildings characterized by functional interiors and modern architecture will render an intimate atmosphere to the whole area. The housing project was designed in order to response to the Polish market needs. The preference expressed by the majority of buyers was modern dwellings in a quiet location surrounded by nature with easy access to the city center. The investment will be built in three following stages. The first stage of the construction process will begin in the first quarter of 2007. Buying procedure:
To buy one or more of these apartments is very a straight forward process. Here is how it works!
- Choose the apartment you wish to reserve and contact gcfproperties by our enquiry email or Telephone 0845 390 1250
- We will liaise with the developer and yourself to reserve the apartment for you
- We will then forward you a copy of the pre-purchase agreement and receipt for your reservation payment.
- You will then need to send us a copy of your passport and a copy of a utility bill for identification purposes
- The developers on receipt of your pre purchase agreement and required proof of identity and passport will process the purchase agreement
- These will then be returned to you after processing.
- You will need to complete the agreement and post back to the Polish office.
NOTE: It is very important that you sort your finances before you reserve an apartment. Reservations are usually valid just for 5 days and if you don’t pay immediately after you receive your agreement you may lose your reservation or holding deposit.
