Pre-Release Offers

La Estancia is in the early stages of the development process. There are various stages to complete before we are ready to enter into binding contracts.

We are able to enter into Reservation Contracts regarding our very popular "Pre Release Offers". These offers are made for our mutual benefit, i.e. for you to secure substantial financial advantage, and for ourselves to secure initial commitment at an early stage.

However, delays and unforeseen complications can occur in the early stages of a development, and these can sometimes delay our ability to issue final contracts. We shall always keep you fully informed, however, if you cannot accommodate this small degree of uncertainty you may be better served to forego the substantial financial advantages our "Pre Release Offers" provide, and purchase at another of our developments where the development is fully advanced and we can enter into final contracts immediately, or wait until La Estancia is fully advanced before you commit to a purchase, but you may then not be able to secure a "Pre Release Offer" as these are very popular, strictly limited, and sell out fast.
