Comment. This is a property for someone who wants no maintenance worries, and who can simply turn the key and leave at any time. Sermoneta has many attractions; its is in the hills, yet near the sea; it is not far from winter skiing, yet has a mild climate all year round. It is also a pleasant, welcoming community that prides itself on its artistic and cultural life. It is easily and quickly accessible from Rome (it's 10 minutes from a 30 minute train into Rome), and to Rome's two airports. There are not many properties in Sermoneta that come onto the market that are as spacious as this one, and with views both towards the sea and the hills.
